RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase, noting a valid reason for the return.

Please email claims to info@laneandlanae.com to start the process.

*Please note: Orders placed during the month of December will have until January 2nd to request a return or exchange. Customer subject to a 15% restocking fee.

REPAIRS + RESIZING

You may request a repair or resize at any time. Customer may be required to cover any additional costs.

SHIPPING

All of our designs are handmade to order in Los Angeles and can take up to 14-21 business days to be created and delivered to you. All items will be shipped with a signature required to ensure safe delivery.

If you wish to receive your order sooner, please email info@laneandlanae.com. International orders may require longer delivery time and customer is responsible for any duties or taxes.

In our ongoing commitment to sustainability, your order will be shipped in eco-friendly packaging and you will not receive a paper copy of your invoice. Please reference your order confirmation email for order details.

*Please note: Orders placed after December 12th are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

 

MATERIALS

All materials sourced to make our products are ethical, eco-friendly, and high-quality. 

Our gold is fair trade or reclaimed, available in both 14k and 18k yellow, white, and rose. 

Our diamonds are SI1-VS1, G-H quality, ethically sourced from accredited diamond supplier and conflict-free.

Please note that since each piece is made and sourced to order, diamond specifications stated on individual product pages are approximate and are subject to slight differences.

 

SIZING

We recommend visiting your local jeweler to ensure proper sizing as well as reviewing our size guide.

Each item has specific notes on sizing and we would be more than happy to help you choose what is right for you.
