RETURNS + EXCHANGES

To start the return process, just email our team at info@laneandlanae.com, noting a valid reason for the return. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when it left the Lane + Lanae headquarters. 

 

REPAIRS

Please reach out to us via info@laneandlanae.com to request a repair. Customers may be responsible for any costs that occur. 

 

SHIPPING

All of our designs are handmade to order in Los Angeles and can take up to 14 business days to be created and delivered to you. If you wish to receive your items sooner, please email info@laneandlanae.com and we would be happy to work with your time frame for delivery. 

 

MATERIALS

All of our designs are handmade and available in yellow, rose, and white gold. We use high quality, conflict-free VS1 diamonds and 14k gold  in all of our designs. We also offer precious stones that can be special ordered in each of our designs. If you prefer a different diamond clarity, color or size, feel free to contact us about a special order at Info@laneandlanae.com.

 

SIZING

We recommend visiting your local jeweler to ensure proper sizing as well as reviewing our size guide.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Since all of our designs are handmade to order, we offer customization for all of our collections. We also offer custom orders for wedding bands and engagement rings and new customized pieces.

Special orders often require a longer delivery time, as we are working to source quality materials to fulfill your request.
