Returns & Exchanges

Please note that our return policy has changed, as of May 1st, 2021 we can no longer accept returns or refunds. 

We create each piece of jewelry to order in our ongoing effort towards sustainability, including creating excess in our already overly abundant world. Thank you for understanding our new policy and helping us make a difference! 

Please email info@laneandlanae.com with any questions or concerns. Extenuating circumstances will be considered. Customer subject to a 20% zero waste restocking fee.

 

Repairs & Resizing

Please note, our repair policy has changed. You may request a repair or resize within 3 months of purchase. Customer may be required to cover any costs for repair and return shipments. Please email info@laneandlanae.com, including your original order number, to request a repair or resize.

 

Shipping

All of our jewelry designs are handmade to order and can take up to 14-21 business days to be created and delivered to you unless otherwise stated on individual product pages. All items will be shipped with a signature required to ensure safe delivery.

If you wish to receive your order sooner, please request a rush delivery in the notes at checkout and include the date you'd like to receive your item by. We will do our best to honor your request. You can also email us at info@laneandlanae.com to request a quicker delivery time.

International orders may require longer delivery time and customer is responsible for any duties or taxes.

In our ongoing commitment to sustainability, your order will be shipped in eco-friendly packaging and you will not receive a paper copy of your invoice. Please reference your order confirmation email for order details.

 

Materials

All materials sourced to make our jewelry are ethical, eco-friendly, and high-quality. Our gold is fair trade, reclaimed and is available in both 14k and 18k yellow, white, and rose. Our diamonds are SI1-VS1, G-H quality, ethically sourced from accredited diamond suppliers and conflict-free.

Please note that since each piece is made and often sourced to order, diamond specifications stated on individual product pages are approximate and are subject to slight differences.

 

Sizing

We recommend visiting your local jeweler to ensure proper sizing. We would be more than happy to help you with sizing. Please email info@laneandlanae.com with any questions.

*Please note: Special orders often require a longer delivery time, as we are working to source quality materials to fulfill your request.

 

Jewelry Care

If you wear your jewelry regularly, we suggest you clean it as often as once a week. We recommend removing your jewelry during workouts, bathing, beach or pool days, and before bed at your discretion.

To ensure your stones remain tight in their settings and do not come loose over time from harsh wear, consider having your jewelry checked by a local jeweler annually.
